We’re a husband-and-wife team who started KV Property Solutions after realizing how many homeowners and short-term rental owners were overwhelmed by the responsibilities that come with caring for a property. We saw a real need in Missoula—not just for Airbnb owners who don’t enjoy the day-to-day tasks or who live out of state, but also for sellers and realtors who want a smoother, more organized listing process.

We step in to handle the detailed, boots-on-the-ground tasks that traditional property managers often don’t cover—things like custom home prep, staging logistics, on-site troubleshooting, emergency visits, and personalized support that goes beyond standard management.

Our goal is simple: to take the time-consuming, tedious, and stressful tasks off your plate so you can focus on what matters most. For realtors, that means giving you more time to serve your clients while we handle the property prep, vendor coordination, and staging arrangements.
